1. Data We Collect

When you sign up and use Conversation Card Games, we collect: your name, email address, country, and password (stored encrypted, never as plain text). If you make a payment, we also keep a record of the transaction (status, amount, currency, payment provider) — but we never store your credit/debit card number, since payment is handled directly by our payment partners (Midtrans and Lemon Squeezy).

2. How Your Data Is Used

Your data is used to: create and manage your account, verify your email, process payments and grant access to content, respond to reports/questions you send through the Help page, and send important account-related emails (verification, password reset, payment confirmation).

3. Sharing Data with Third Parties

We share as little data as possible, only with parties that help us run this service:

• Midtrans — processes payments for users in Indonesia.
• Lemon Squeezy — processes payments for users outside Indonesia.
• Our email provider — sends verification emails, password resets, and account notifications.

We do not sell your data to anyone.

4. Your Rights Over Your Data

You can view and update your name and password at any time from your Profile page. For any other questions about your data, contact us via the Help page.

5. Data Security

We store passwords in encrypted form, restrict access to user data to operational purposes only, and use encrypted connections (HTTPS) for all communication with this service.

6. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice.
