1. About the Service
Conversation Card Games is a conversation card app offering a collection of questions/topics for different themes. By registering and using this service, you agree to the following terms.
2. "Lifetime" Access
The one-time payment you make grants unlimited access to all themes available now or added later, for as long as this service continues to operate. The term "lifetime" refers to the operational lifetime of this service, not a guarantee that the service will be available forever without limitation — if we ever need to discontinue this service, we will make a reasonable effort to provide advance notice.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. You agree not to misuse this service (including attempting to access another account without permission, or exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the system).
4. Payment
Payments are processed through third-party partners (Midtrans for users in Indonesia, Lemon Squeezy for international users). We do not store your payment card data. Refund terms are covered separately in our Refund Policy.
5. Limitation of Liability
This service is provided "as is". We work to keep the service available and running smoothly, but cannot guarantee it will always be free of disruption or technical error. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from temporary service disruptions.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved under Indonesian law.
